Regular readers of this blog are surely aware of my love of animation and, more specifically, of Disney Studio's animated output. However, I suspect listeners of the Bangers n' Mash Show mostly come from the horror fandom. Yet, in addition to missing our release dates by weeks, another hallmark of this show is doing stuff our "fans" probably won't enjoy. So here's an hour of two nerds talking about Disney cartoons.
Somewhat ironically, this is probably are least family-friendly episode ever, as there is a lot of generous profanity and an unnecessary amount of filthy humor. That wasn't planned.
This, hopefully, will not be the last episode of the year, as I hope to squeeze another one before my Year End Retrospective and 2014 Film Preview go up on the 31st and the 1st. Hopefully.

I'm one of those lurkers who follows your podcast and blog. Sorry for not expressing my appreciation previously, but this podcast was laced with disappointment about not getting any emails "since August", so I thought I'd let you know that I am listening and reading and enjoying and will try to post here with regularity.
The Disney movie breakdown here is great and I enjoyed how you mixed in their Horror elements. I really enjoy the Horror genre, but it's not the only thing I watch. This has sent me scrambling for other "Best of" lists and my own collection to see just how many of these movies I actually own and which ones I've seen.
Again, I really appreciate what you guys have/are doing. Thanks!
Wow, thanks for the comment! That really means a lot for me.
Yeah, I obviously enjoy plenty of stuff outside the horror genre. Though I think most of the podcast listeners are coming from the horror fandom so that's what we try to focus on. Though we do talk about other stuff from time to time, as you know.
This is a slightly older episode and I don't think we spend as much time in the newer ones crying about the lack of e-mails/comments. The Facebook group is kind of active so I think that makes up for it. Anyway, thanks again for the great comment.
